Creation Du Jour is a Chef-prepped and OVEN READY gourmet meal delivery using fresh organic and sustainable ingredients sourced locally. Each week, we deliver delicious and nutritious meals that you can have on your dinner table in 15 min to 1 hour.

    We offer flexible meal plans, customized to fit your needs. Our menu offers a variety of cuisines and can be adapted to dietary needs including gluten-free, vegetarian, low-carb, dairy-free, and nut-free.   

How It Works

  SAMPLE DISHES  

Side dishes may include vegetables that are oven-ready, rice or quinoa pre-measured and seasoned (all you need to do is cook for 15-20 min​) and mix green salads pre-washed (all you need to do is add our homemade dressing)

Sustainable Salmon filet, dijon mustard, organic dill, organic tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, salt & pepper.

OVEN READY

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Bake the salmon for 25 min.

Provencal Beef Stuffed Zucchini

Organic grass fed beef, organic farmer’s market summer zucchini, organic carrots, organic celery, organic onion, non-GMO breadcrumbs, organic eggs, organic fresh thymes, olive oil, salt and pepper.

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Bake the beef stuffed zucchini for  45 min.

  • The fish cakes are pre-cooked, bake for 20 min.
