Dijon and Cilantro Baked Salmon
Salmon
4 x 6 oz
Dijon mustard
2 tbsp
Cilantro
1 bunch

Remove the salmon from the refrigerator to achieve room temperature while you prepare the other ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

 

Rub 4 salmon fillets with 2 tbsp of dijon mustard and sprinkle half of the chopped cilantro on top.

Add salt and pepper.

 

Bake for 18 min. If your portions are bigger than 6 oz, bake for 2-5 min. longer.

Sprinkle the remaining chopped cilantro  before serving and drizzle olive oil.
